How flexible is the academic timeline for the M.A. in Entrepreneurship curriculum?

The duration of the program is 4 semesters (2 academic years) and it starts every year on October 1st.

How is this M.A. in Entrepreneurship different from other entrepreneurship programs?

At the M.A. in Entrepreneurship you have the possibility to improve and develop your business idea from the first day. The teaching teams include lecturers from several international universities and professionals who succeeded to launch various start-ups. The master content is practice oriented and based on real case experiences, delivers all the necessary tools to start-up and scale-up business.

What degree is granted upon completion of the Master in Entrepreneurship?

Students receive a Master of Arts award from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Faculty of Business Administration in foreign languages (FABIZ). The study field is Business Administration with specialization in Entrepreneurship.

Are there any graduate assistantships or stipends available?

While enrolled in the program, many students work in a variety of places, such as campus libraries, academic departments, and various departments within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

What other costs are students responsible for covering?

Students are responsible for covering housing, living expenses, health insurance, books and supplies, transportation, and other student services fees. Regarding housing the university can accommodate a limited number of students in different dormitories in Bucharest. Please contact us after your admission.

Does the M.A. in Entrepreneurship program offer financial aid and/or scholarships?

For the 2024 admission process we offer 40 budgeted places for EU and EEA citizens ( 1 place for persons with disabilities and 1 place for persons from the social protection system ) . Additional our students will be informed by our partners about educational loans for studies.

Yes, we accept also EEA citizens. The admission process requires several steps. For this please contact our Office for International Cooperation and International Students to receive information about the application process and admission conditions.

Do I need work experience to apply to the program?

No. One highlight of the M.A. in Entrepreneurship program, which is unlike many other entrepreneurship programs, is that applicants are not required to have work experience in their field(s), but we encourage prospects to raise experience in any field, including volunteering.
