Within my career I have found my true motivation in taking on different entrepreneurial challenges and developing innovative digital solutions that enable different business models.
Originally from Transylvania, I had my first entrepreneurial adventure at 17, while endeavoring into a Start-Up in the field of mobile communications.

This first business encounter drove me to follow a strong educational path with an M.A. in Cybernetics and Business Informatics from the Academy of Economical Sciences in Bucharest and an MBA in Innovation and Business Creation at the TU München, in cooperation with UC Berkley, USA.

Directly after University, I continued my steep learning path with one of the leading technology consultancy companies. Within the four years at BearingPoint, I became familiar with a great range of business environments. Most importantly, I experienced and worked on all project phases in different countries (Germany, UK, Spain), constantly adding value to our international customers through technology.

In 2011, I joined the MAN Group in Munich as an in-house consultant. My main task was to oversee the financial and controlling SAP Systems of the MAN Holding Group. Also, within my concern was to scout for the most suitable technologies, which can improve MAN’s process and digital landscape. It was a great achievement to drive the change towards digital transformation from legacy and mostly paper-based processes.

By mid-2016, I took on the exciting mission of defining and rolling-out the digital strategy for Bragi, a Start-Up awarded the “Digital Top 50 – Top B2C Scale-Up” price in 2016 by McKinsey, Google and Rocket Internet. As head of information systems, I leverage and integrate best digital tools and practices to reach operational excellence and support a profitable growth.

With my MBA research project Smart City Solutions and the Smart Mobility Challenge, I designed within 6 months a successful innovation ecosystem with partners from science, industry, the local administration, entrepreneurs and citizens (e.g.: TUM, Siemens, EY, MAN, MVG etc.) and started different projects for a better city life. Since then I kept coaching Start-Ups within the field of Business Modelling.

Becoming a mother of two inspired me in founding my own company VonDerWelt (2019) that focuses on digital marketing and E-Commerce with ecological products (made in RO) for babies and children.
