Chantal Moll de Alba has graduated from Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona, had a Master Degree at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in construction law and a PhD. in Law at University of Barcelona. Chantal started her teaching activity in 1994 at University of Barcelona where now is an Associate Professor of Civil Law. Chantal Moll de Alba advises companies and institutions in the fields of Civil Law, Estate Law, Construction Law and Real Estate Law, being the Manager of the CMA – Consulta Jurídica. As an attorney, she gain the position of vice president of the civil section of the “Ilustre Colegio Abogados Barcelona” and she is a founding member of the “Club de Derecho de la Construcción y de la Ingeniería”. She has developed over 20 years different projects in collaboration with different companies and institutions. She has been Director of Publications of the Legal Dissemination Group, Academic Director of the Master in International Law of ISDE / UB, Secretary of CIDDRIM (Center for Research and Development of Real Estate and Commercial Property Law), member of the Association of Commercial and Land Office of Spain and she has also collaborated with different administrations in research projects on Housing and construction.
