Following this course you will be able to understand trends, develop plans and strategies to use them or counteract your competitors, to derive the strategy and plan for transitioning from local to global options in company development in terms of producing goods or services, establish how they could be created and modified, and experience how future oriented management leads to results. You will be capable of bringing innovation to existing products or services, considering company structure and improvements to it while also keeping track of external environment movements. Additionally, you will be able to apply growth strategies tools in the following fields: education, agriculture, sports, ecology, tourism, IT, politics, transportation, health and energy.
