Learning outcomes:

The course is going to provide the Master’s students with the necessary skills of the legal implications of entrepreneurial activity, from knowing how to choose a form of a legal entity and setting it up, which are rights and duties of the of the entrepreneur, how are companies managed, the legal relations between owners and management, different types of contracts between the entrepreneur and the other professionals or the employees, the relation with the state, how to fairly compete with the others, protect consumers or, just, how to use and protect the trademark or patent. The course will offer the students also a financial side of the business by explaining the legal ways the activity can be financed, an exploration of different possibilities for raising capital, or the undertaking of the specific taxation.
