Shahrazad HADAD is currently a PhD lecturer at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Since 2012, she has been teaching the following subjects in the Faculty of Business Administration with teaching in foreign languages (English section), under the degree program: Business Management, European Business Environment, Business Strategies, Economic Projects and Business Games and Social Entrepreneurship. In 2015 she obtained a PhD in Business Administration – Economics – Corporate Social Entrepreneurship.
She was involved in several projects with focus on the POSDRU project Performance and excellence in doctoral and postdoctoral research in the field of economic sciences in Romania ”(POSDRU 159 / 1.5 / S / 142115) where she received the award for outstanding research results. In 2013 she participated as a junior expert in the elaboration of the institutional strategy of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Between 2012-2015 she was editorial assistant for the international journal Management & Marketing, Challenges for the Knowledge Society, from 2015-2017 she was technical and language assistant, and from 2018 to 2020 she was a manuscript editor. She has participated in numerous academic and practical conferences held nationally or abroad, writing over 35 articles, having over 500 scholarly citations, Hirsch index Google 14, Scopus 8, ISI 8. She was a member of the organizing committee. of the “International Conference on Business Excellence – ICBE” (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 editions) and its Publication Manager, held under the aegis of the Society for Business Excellence. Since 01.10.2018 she has been a postdoctoral researcher at the ASE Postdoctoral School, Business Administration. She participated for 3 consecutive years in the project “Strategies for Developing Knowledge Economy in Romania” (Romanian Academy of Scientists) under the coordination of prof.univ.dr. Constantin Brătianu (total duration 21 months – 7 months each year, 2017-2019). Since 2015 she has been a counselor at the ASE Career Counseling and Guidance Center for the Faculty of Business Administration with Teaching in Foreign Languages and has advised and guided over 400 students in personal or professional matters, in individual meetings or engaging in activities in the form of workshops.
On the side of entrepreneurship and research in the field of entrepreneurship, from 2015 to 2021 she was sales director at the children’s publishing house, Casuta cu povesti (Box with stories. Between 01.09.2018-31.12.2018 she was a trainer / lecturer in social entrepreneurship within the project “Developing entrepreneurship among young entrepreneurs, supporting sustainable employment and social entrepreneurship within the South-East Region [of Romania] – SE – Social-Biz” , project code: POCU / 82/3/7/105333, value: approx. 3220000 euro, project director: prof.univ.dr. Mihaela-Cornelia DAN. Between 15.06.2018-15.12.2018 she was an experienced trainer and researcher in the project “Developing entrepreneurial culture among ASE Bucharest students by implementing a strategic program at the level of Student Entrepreneurship Society (ProBIZ)”, code: CNFIS-FDI-2018- 0234, value: approx. 25,000 euros, director: prof.univ.dr. Mihaela-Cornelia DAN. Between 15.06.2017-15.12.2017 “Development of the support structure for student entrepreneurship initiatives within the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest – GoBIZ”, code: CNFIS-FDI-20I7-0391, value: approx. 23,000 euros, director: prof.univ.dr. Mihaela-Cornelia DAN. She was a tutor and researcher in social entrepreneurship in the international project Erasmus + “Social Entrepreneurship for Local Change” (decision no. 0569 / 25.01.2017, contract duration – 20 months – 15.01.2017-15.08.2018). She is currently a Team Member and researcher in social entrepreneurship in the international project Erasmus + “Social Entrepreneurship for Local Change” (duration – 36 months, 15.01.2019-present).
